Berry Overnight Oats

Makes 1

4 tbsp oats porridge

Pinch of ground cinnamon

2 tbsp mixed berries

2 tbsp natural yoghurt

80 to 100ml milk or water

 

For the top

Honey, to taste (optional)

1 tbsp mixed seeds (chia, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower) A few mixed berries

To prepare the oats, spoon into a jar the night before.

Place the oats porridge into a jar.

Add the cinnamon and mixed berries.

Pour in the natural yoghurt and water or milk.

Give it a stir and cover.

In the morning, give it another stir.

Sprinkle over the seeds.

Add honey to taste if you wish.

Spoon over the mixed berries.
