3 to 4 tomatoes, sliced
200g mozzarella, sliced
Basil leaves, to decorate
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
You’ll need a board
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices consecutively in the shape of a candy cane.
Place the basil leaves around the sides.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
