Catherine was delighted by the news that her St Patrick’s Day Salad, commissioned by one of the world’s leading salad bowl producers,, will appear on the menu at the ITLG St Patrick’s Day event which is a prestigious annual event and this year will be attended by Northern Ireland’s First Minister.

“Fresh and seasonal, this dish reflects the time of year” says Dennis Donohoe, President of Royal Rose.  Featuring really traditional Irish ingredients of baby potatoes and smoked salmon and drawing Catherine’s Italian heritage she has added delicious fresh radicchio, the unsung hero of the superfoods.

Served with an Irish stout dressing with mustard and honey this salad is served warm resulting in the perfect balance of fresh seasonal produce and a warming luxurious taste.

The ITLG will welcome Irish and Irish American technology leaders to the event in Silicon Valley on March 17th where First Minister of Northern Ireland Arlene Foster and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness will be guests.
