“Catherine Fulvio's Cookery Demonstration provided an enjoyable and successful fundraising event for our school raising a tremendous €20k and attracting almost 500 people. Catherine brought her own brand of expertise combined with an engaging personality to present a wonderful evening of food and entertainment. Catherine won the crowd over with her warm sense of humour and everlasting smile. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of celebrity chef.”
Kathryn Boland, PTA of Coolanarney National School
Although Catherine’s main stage is Ballyknocken Cookery School she is at home in most places and tours the island of Ireland making appearances at festivals and events, hosting fund-raising Cookery Demonstrations for sports organisations, schools and other public and private events drawing crowds of up to 600.
A cookery demonstration is a great way to engage and educate an audience, raise funds for a much needed cause or simply entertainment as part of a corporate or teambuilding event. Catherine hosts cookery demonstration and hands-on Master classes both onsite at Ballyknocken House & Cookery School in Co Wicklow or off-site at public or private events nationwide with her own purpose built Ballyknocken Cookery Demonstration Unit.
She is a regular chef on the Bord Bia Chefs’ Quality Kitchen stage at Bloom, where Catherine has become a firm favourite with visitors looking for quick, simple and reliable meals to cook at home. She has also written recipes and hosted cookery demonstrations in conjunction with the Pfizer/Irish Times Healthy Towns Initiative and the Stop Food Waste initiative.

“South Tipperary Women in Business Network were delighted to welcome Catherine Fulvio to Clonmel in 2015. Catherine's presentation focused on key areas of interest to women in business such as goal setting, time management and sales and marketing. However, more importantly, it provided the network with a fascinating insight into Catherine's own experience as a woman in business, entrepreneur and employer. It was an evening greatly enjoyed by all.”
