In this 1.1/2 hour hands on LIVE Virtual cook along class every “chocolatier” will create
- Your own exquisite ruffles and chocolate treats!
- Our signature yummy Chocolate & Chilli Fondue with Strawberries and Marshmallows
- A luxurious Aztec hot chocolate to enjoy during this class.
Gin Tea Party
Have fun making your own Infused Gin flavours and crazy Gin Cupcakes!
- In this 1 ½ hour hands on LIVE virtual cook along with Catherine you will be shown the secrets of how to infuse gin with wonderful flavours and colours like Raspberry & Vanilla or Cucumber & Mint?
- Then you’ll make the perfect accompaniments to your Infused Gin, let’s get the whisks and piping bags out to make delicious Cupcakes including Blackberry & Lemon Gin Cupcakes.
- Then experiment with a couple of infused gin cocktails, kick off the heels and savour your delicious cupcakes
