We have loved having the opportunity to welcome our guests here from all over the world to Ballyknocken Cookery School to showcase and teach the best of Irish Baking. We have now developed an amazing virtual experience with celebrity chef, Catherine Fulvio where guests can enjoy a wonderful Cook-A-Long class in Irish baking covering staples such as Irish Fruit scones, Granny’s Raisin Soda Bread, and our amazing signature Ballyknocken Lemon Drizzle Cake.
