In this 1.1/2 hour hands on LIVE cook along class every “chocolatier” will create:
- their own exquisite ruffles and chocolate treats!
- Our signature yummy Chocolate & Chilli Fondue with Strawberries and Marshmallows
- Our luxurious Aztec hot chocolate to enjoy during this class.
Cook and Eat Together
In this 1.1/2 hour hands on LIVE Virtual cookery master class guests will be taken through their paces to create their very own lunch or dinner.
- Catherine will introduce you to various cooking trends and techniques including knife skills and herb identification.
- There is a wide variety of classes to choose from including Southern Italian, Gastro Food, A Taste of Thailand & Vienam, Tapas and Mediterranean One Pots to name but a few!
Gin Tea Party
Have fun making your own Infused Gin flavours and crazy Gin Cupcakes!
- In this 1 ½ hour hands on LIVE virtual cook along with Catherine you will be shown the secrets of how to infuse gin with wonderful flavours and colours like Raspberry & Vanilla or Cucumber & Mint?
- Then you’ll make the perfect accompaniments to your Infused Gin, let’s get the whisks and piping bags out to make delicious Cupcakes including Blackberry & Lemon Gin Cupcakes.
- Then experiment with a couple of infused gin cocktails, kick off the heels and savour your delicious cupcakes
