Catherine has authored 6 delicious cook books, winning Cookbook for the Year for her Eat Like an Italian. Her book themes include everything from the easy everyday in Catherine’s Family Kitchen to her farm to table in A Taste of Home.

Cookery Demonstrations
Although Catherine’s main stage is Ballyknocken Cookery School she is at home in most places and tours the island of Ireland making appearances at festivals and events, hosting fund raising Cookery Demonstrations for sports organisations, schools and other public and private events drawing crowds of up to 600.
A cookery demonstration is a great way to engage and educate an audience, raise funds for a much needed cause or simply entertainment as part of corporate or teambuilding events. Catherine hosts cookery demonstrations and hands on master classes both onsite at Ballyknocken Cookery School in Co Wicklow or off site at public or private events nationwide.
She is a regular chef on the Bord Bia Chefs’ Quality Kitchen stage at Bloom, where Catherine has become a firm favourite with visitors looking for delicious and reliable meals to cook at home. She also writes recipes and hosts cookery demonstrations in conjunction with Stop Food Waste initiative.
